Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a form of talking therapy that aims to look in depth at different concerns, difficulties or challenges in life.  Through building a therapeutic relationship over a period of time, a space is created in which you can safely and confidentially explore deep-seated and structural issues.

My approach to psychotherapy is mainly existential, which means that I am attuned to various existential themes, such as choice and meaning.  However, I am also influenced by classical psychoanalysis, and in particular by the work of Jacques Lacan.
