Psychotherapy is a form of talking therapy that aims to look in depth at different concerns, difficulties or challenges in life.  Through building a therapeutic relationship over a period of time, a space is created in which you can safely and confidentially explore deep-seated and structural issues.

My approach to psychotherapy is existential phenomenological, which broadly means that my focus is on your lived experience, what it’s like being you, and the choices that you make in your life.¬† However, I am also influenced by classical psychoanalysis, and in particular by the work of Jacques Lacan.
