I carried out my psychotherapy training at Regent’s University and I am a registered member of the BACP. I’m currently working towards a doctorate in existential psychotherapy at Middlesex University. I have been working with clients on a one-to-one and group basis for several years and in various settings including private practice, a community centre, and a mental health charity.
Prior to being a psychotherapist, I worked as a solicitor in the City of London for several years, and before that as a financial trader. I believe that all my past experiences have helped me become more attuned to various challenges and difficulties in life, and have helped me understand clients from all backgrounds, but especially those working in high-pressure environments.
I have experience working with a broad range of concerns, including: relationships, work and career stress, confidence and self-esteem, and sex and sexuality.
